Not too bad

What they did was a scope to fix the damaged cartilage and a lateral release to pull my knee cap onto the right track. When the doctor came out they said there was more damage than they had originally expected and took some of my cartilage out. My knee cap was lifted to where it should be and hopefully won't cause any more problems or damage to the rest of my knee. The other will need to be done as well but we are planing on waiting a while. All of this is from sports, having patella famoral syndrome, and a fall from ice. Go figure.

What a family!

The past week has been quiet a busy one. We have had almost everyone in our family get sick. First it was abbie about a couple weeks ago, I got sick the beginning of last week and the Nixxon. He was the one that got hit the most. I ended up taking him to the doctors because he was wheezing and coughing. His oxygen stat was low so they gave him a breathing treatment to help. They ended up sending me to Mckay to have him tested for RSV and so have his nose sucked out. Finally he is now sounding better and the treatments at home are helping wonderfuly, thanks Jessica for letting us borrow the nebulizer. I got the word this morning that it isn't RSV, thank goodness, it is just some kind of virus and should go away soon. To add to it all I had surgery on my knee today. I had a scope to fix my cartilage and to fix my knee cap, to place it on the right track. They did find that there was more damage then they expected and had to clear out my cartilage and replace it, with what I am not sure I finally have my whole "brain" back to normal. Other than that everything went just fine. I can honestly say I have the best family and extended family, even though we have our differences. They have helped out tons!
