Sheldon's Surprise

Sheldon had been feeling sick for quiet a while. This morning Sheldon woke up early with a sharp pain in his low abdomen. He wanted to wait to see what it was but after a while he couldn't stand it any more. We went to the ER and they did blood work and we waited it looked like his white blood cell count was up for a while. Sheldon had been really sick in December a couple of times, which now makes sense. They did a CT to check his appendix. The CT ended up coming back "OK" but when the surgeon looked at it he said it looks like his appendix had fluid around it. We decided to have it removed and sure enough he did have appendicitis. Waiting was hard for me while he was in surgery. Once they finally found a room for Sheldon to recover in things were a lot easier. Once I caught up with him he was drugged and man could you tell. He kept repeating things, I was trying hard not to laugh. He did so good we were able to leave that night. Here's the picture.

Christmas 2010

I loved to see the kids face when they opened the door to the living room. Abbie couldn't wait for Nixxon to get going so she pushed him out of the way. It was so funny.

Flour

Getting ready for Christmas I was making my famous chocolate and peanut butter chip cookies. I pre-measured the flour and put it aside. Nixxon and Abbie wanted to help make cookies and sit at the table. Not paying attention to how close Nixxon was to the flour I went on making the cookies. All of a sudden I saw out of the corner of my eye there was Nixxon getting into the flour and knocked it down. This is what he looked like after playing in it. Yes he is eating it. He eats everything!! Abbie ended up wanted to join in. Oh well..

Jackie's Graduation.

Jackie graduated with her associates in science from Weber State. We are so proud of her. She as accomplished so many things and has bypassed things that people never though she would be able to accomplish in life. No wonder why all of the kids love her to death. She is such an awesome role model and a wonderful person. We love you and so proud of you Jackie!

Thanksgiving

Oh the fun we had making hats and eating.

We had such a busy, busy day. It started at abou 8am to go watch Sheldon and Shalan do the Turkey Run. It was so cold Sheldon's mustache had icicles on it.



We went to Shalan's house to have Thanksgiving with Sheldon's family for lunch and then to my mother's for Thanksgiving dinner.


Abbie loves to be the clown and the center of attention. After my mother's we went to Sheldon's grandparents. We were gone 8:30am to 9pm what a busy but fun day.
