Dirty Dash

We were able to run the Dirty Dash in Soldier Hollow to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (Salt Lake City) and the Soldier Hollow Legacy Foundation (Salt Lake City). This was my first 5K, Sheldon's 2nd. There were hay bales to jump over, walls to climb over, tubes to crawl through, tires to run through, net to crawl under, slide to slide down, water hole, and most of all the mud! This was one crazy fun obstacle course I have ever done. The people that ran this year with us were Shalan (Sheldon's oldest sister), Cameron (his younger brother), and Taylor (my brother). We made out outfits and ours were simple compared to others. It almost looked like Halloween all over again. People were in dresses, dressed as bees, fairies, thing 1 and 2, nerds, bride/groom, and tons of others. We are planning on doing it again next year, we had so much fun. If anyone is interested I highly suggest you do it. If you need learn more about it or want to register here is their website www.thedirtydash.com
